Horseshoe House

Early Development

Spanning over three levels, this modern contemporary home features double voids, tennis court, half court basketball court, roof top gardens and an infinity lap pool; all combined create the perfect home to raise a family.
Project Details:
  • Land size: 10,000m2
  • Total Building Area: 1,076m2
  • 4 Bedroom, 4.5 Bathroom, Standalone Alfresco, Theatre, Gym, Games Room, Office + Infinity Pool, Tennis Court, Basketball Court.

  • Limited by estate regulations, no white was permitted throughout the estate. This defined the exterior architecture. Combining concrete, stone, glass and metal to form the perfect low maintenance design.
  • Horseshoe house: Designed by data, this home was meticulously considered against the natural elements due to the strong wind and limited shading.
  • Perched on top of the hill, overlooking the entire Great Southern, the wings of the home have purposefully been pushed out in the shape of a horse shoe to further enhance the views.
